Simple Grilled Sausages with Onion

You will need:

• 1/4 yellow onion
• Sausages
• Sliced toast or baguette bread
• Favourite mustard or ketchup dressing

Slice  a quarter of an onion

Places sausages under the grill for 5-10 minutes until cooked, flip them over halfway through.

Toast bread under the grill flipping over once one side is done

Once the sausages are ready place them in the centre of your toasted bread/baguette

Simply add onion and a slab of your favourite mustard/ketchup dressing, I used Tracklements sweet mustard ketchup that I bought from my local farm shop.
