Healthy Banana Avocado Bread

This is baked as healthy as possible, without cream or butter and with your milk of preference. It also contains avocado! Which you cannot taste but gives it a nice soft texture.

Once you have all the ingredients together butter up your bread tin.

Ingredients:
2 medium bananas
1 avocado
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1 1/4 cup plain flour
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup of spelt flour
(You can substitute them all for plain flour or 1 cup whole wheat 1 1/4 plain)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp lemon juice
120ml coconut milk (or any milk you prefer)
1 tsp vanilla
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
A bit of flaxseed
and a bit of chia seeds
about 120 grams of chopped chocolate ( it’s your choice if you prefer dark or milk, chopped or ready bought as chocolate chips)

Method

Preheat your oven to 180* C and grease the bread tin.

Mash the banana and avocado together in a large bowl.
Mix all ingredients in APART from flour, cinnamon and chocolate.
Fold in flour and cinnamon then add in the chocolate chips.

Bake for 40 minutes, keep in mind the inside will be very moist so the knife will not come out completely clean when inserted. You can trust your judgement.

Makes for a perfect breakfast with a warm glass of coconut milk
